Introduces Social Business Software Suite
Jive
Software has introduced an enterprise-class, social business software
application suite – Jive SBS 3.0. It allows teams of people from inside
and outside of the enterprise to connect, communicate, and collaborate,
as it promises to reduce the costs.
Jive
SBS 3.0, says the company, addresses the strategic areas in the
enterprise with the introduction of four application centers: Employee
Engagement, Marketing & Sales, Customer Support, and Innovation.
It also
aims to bridge internal employee collaboration with external partner and
customer communities into a single application suite.

will produce breakthrough returns."

feature of Jive SBS is said to be the ability for companies to bridge
together departments, partners and customers in a single community.

features are:
