Fun lovers can go to Turner Classic Movies’ social network that links fans online and they can also try Romeo and Juliet by Shakespeare on iPhone. For games aficionados EA brings MySims Racing and Dance Fabulous is released on N-Gage.

The June 1-7 tech shop has these 7 items for you. Nokia N97 is Nokia's first device to feature a personalizable home screen and Audi, Xbox 360 are getting ready for Forza Motorsport 3. While Microsoft invites you to travel with its new search engine Bing, Digg has unveiled a Social Ad Platform. For enterprise buyers, Verizon is offering its cloud-based 'Computing as a Service'. Also, developers can try BrowserLab that comes in free preview and Adobe offers Flash tools to build Rich Internet Apps.

Here’s the editor’s choice of 7 items of 7 days, ended May 31, at tech shop. Microsoft's new search engine Bing is attracting quite a few eyeballs. For mobile users, SouthernLINC Wireless is offering new Motorola Stature i9 phone while Neenah Paper has introduced an iPhone application that allows designers to create color palettes, Artificial Life has launched BMW Z4 Experience game application for the iPhone, and Nokia opens its Ovi Store. For games aficionados, Majesco has announced Flip's Twisted World for Wii and THQ has brought Up video game, based on the Disney-Pixar film.

Week: May 18–24, 2009

Here are the new arrivals at tech shop during May 18-24. While Nokia has introduced three mobile devices, Sprint will offer Palm Pre phone and Jumbuck Entertainment has released its mobile chat and flirt service, Power Chat, as an iPhone application. Also, Warner Bros. will offer digital comic books on iPhone. Baidu will provide wireless search for China Telecom's 3G mobile phone subscribers. In the small computers range, Dell Latitude 2100 netbook will target education segment and AT&T will expand its portfolio of embedded 3G mini laptops.

These are the 7 items that came at the tech shop during the past 7 days, ended May 17. As mobiles galore, MOTO W7 Active Edition is a motion-enabled 3G mobile device from Motorola, Samsung Alias 2 dual-hinge messaging phone is stated to be the first handset in the U.S. to feature E Ink transforming keypad, the Windows Mobile device, Samsung Jack, from AT&T and Samsung is coming, and T-Mobile USA is offering Sidekick LX. Among the mobile apps, Searchme visual search app is available for free on Android Market, USA TODAY application is for Android Mobile users, and Artificial Life brings iDroids for iPhone.

Here’s the weekly tech shop for May 4-10. Mobile users have another choice from Nokia as it has come with its E71x device, Cortado offers BlackBerry users the ability to manage files on a corporate network, print documents, and send faxes, and AT&T myWireless Mobile application is now available on the Apple App Store. Among other offerings, Eye-Fi solution promises easy video uploading, Microsoft is offering its updated Photosynth technology integrated with its mapping platform Virtual Earth, Samsung has released its 70 series monitors, and Socialthing is a new online platform for socializing websites.

Here are the editor’s picks for the (Apr. 27–May 3) tech shop. Nokia is offering Nokia 5800 Comes With Music in Brazil and LG Mobile Phones and fashion icon Heidi Klum partnered for an event, "LG Rumorous Night," to promote the LG Rumor2 handset. IBM has released new social technology enhancements to developerWorks and a new IBM appliance will deliver cloud services. While NetDragon offers The Warlords, English version of Tou Ming Zhuang Online for open beta testing, X-Men Origins: Wolverine video game has come for gamers. Also, Verizon and Sino Television agreed to bring three Chinese-language channels to Verizon's FiOS TV service.

In the 7 days, Apr. 20-26, our tech shop has become a veritable games shop, as an array of games have trickled in. You know, Terminator Salvation movie game has found its way onto micro-blogging site Twitter while EA and Double Fine Productions say Brütal Legend will be available for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. That’s not all. EA has also announced its action adventure game Dante’s Inferno. Moreover, the UFC 2009 Undisputed playable demo is also available now and Games2win is offering Saving Captain Phillips. For fun lovers, MTV's new reality series The Phone has attracted AT&T and LG Mobile Phones while Linden Lab promises more customizable Second Life experience.

Week: Apr. 13-19, 2009

Here are the 7 new attractions for the 7 days, ended April 19. On the mobile shelf of our tech shop, you’ll find Samsung Propel Pro smartphone, Hitachi’s GazoPa image searcher for iPhone, and Sidekick for Facebook, MySpace, and Twitter. For gamers, Blizzard and NetEase are offering World of Warcraft, Square Enix has planned Order of War for Windows PC, and Stillfront will create a web-based Fan Immersion Game (FIG) for the Fast & Furious series. Among other items, Microsoft has released a public beta of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.

Week: Apr. 6-12, 2009

The editor’s picks for Apr. 6-12 tech shop are: Apple’s updated workgroup server Xserve, BumpTop that brings the look and feel of a real desk on a PC, and AspireRevo for graphics and multimedia apps. Some fun: Universal Music Group (UMG) and YouTube will offer a blended service VEVO, Tuxedo rental company, Men's Wearhouse, has launched its social online application to celebrate prom, and gamers can have Company of Heroes: Tales of Valor on Windows PC. Also, GamePlan Insights is a new video game analytics tool.

It’s open now. And the Mar.30-Apr. 5 offers are: Motorola Evoke QA4, a “socially-inclined” device, 3Spot Wi-Fi application from 3, a 3G network in Australia, Nokia’s Point & Find, and Skype for iPhone. Sony offers HDR-TG5V Handycam camcorder and SANYO its Dual Camera Xacti lineup. Gamers can have Nintendo DSi, a portable system for hand-held gaming.

The Mar. 23-29 tech shop opens with these offers. Adobe Systems comes with Adobe’s Director 11.5 for developers. Enterprises can look at Siemen’s OpenScape Xpressions unified communications solution, StreamLine 3.0 for webcasting, and T-Mobile’s webConnect USB laptop stick.  SHAPE Services offers to support Facebook chat in its IM+ messenger for BlackBerry smartphones. With SnapDat 1.1, iPhone users can manage their business cards. Also, for game lovers, action hero Vin Diesel features in Wheelman driving game.

Look at these 7 hot offers that tech shop got in the 7 days, ended Mar. 22. The iPhone story takes a turn, as Inspector Gadget has come to inspect Apple’s smart device. More for gamers: Gardening Mama is coming on Nintendo DS and Godfather II gets Don Control. As action around iPhone continues, Apple iPhone OS 3.0 beta comes with 100 new features. And Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 has also come for the web surfers while MySpace has announced a MySpaceID implementation on the new Yahoo! homepage. Good news for Playboy fans, as now they can search even 50 year old Playboy on the web.

Here are the 7 items of the 7 days (Mar. 9-15) that hit the tech shop shelves. Have you ever seen a mobile, which is not mobile? Watch it here, as this one is said to be the world's largest working cell phone that comes from Cricket and Samsung. On the other extreme is world's smallest music player iPod shuffle from Apple. Nokia is showing not one or two but three new music devices: Nokia 5730 XpressMusic, Nokia 5330 XpressMusic, and Nokia 5030. Gamers’ gallery: Electronic Arts is offering Command & Conquer Red Alert 3: Uprising for PC download and Square Enix brings the tower defence simulation game Crystal Defenders for download via Xbox Live Arcade. Gadget lovers can look at TEAC’s HD Radio product, a tabletop iPod docking system. And for businesses there’s Jive SBS 3.0 social business software.

Whagaa Software has released GoLearn Soccer for Kids app for iPhone and iPod touch while game aficionados can download demos of WWE Legends of WrestleMania and also look at ‘Watchmen: Justice is Coming’ on iPhone and iPod touch. Let’s see what has come to the tech shop during the 7 days (Feb. 23 – Mar. 1). Here are those 7 offers. For the Web market, Apple has announced the public beta of Safari 4, its web browser for Mac and Windows PCs, Xenocode is offering online Xenocode Browser Sandbox, and Broadcom decides to integrate with Chumby rich media Internet platform. Gamers can look at 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand while mobile users can try Verizon Wireless’ CDM8975 push-to-talk phone and Amazon Kindle 2, a wireless reading device, has also come. Then ARM has announced the ARM Cortex-M0 processor.

Here the tech shop brings 7 items for the 7 days ended Feb. 22. Seems everything is going the mobile way. First, LG Electronics and Intel announced a collaboration for mobile Internet devices based on Intel's next-generation hardware platform, codenamed Moorestown. Offered by uReach Technologies, this application lets cell phone subscribers see who has left messages and listen to them instantly. Then Nokia and Qualcomm have planned to develop advanced UMTS mobile devices, Yahoo! has announced the upcoming launch of its Yahoo! Mobile service, and Motorola deployed an LTE network including LTE video streaming. For mobile gamers, Glu Mobile will launch a mobile game based on the movie Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and Paramount Digital Entertainment has launched Shooter! The Official Movie Game for the iPhone and iPod touch.

Week: Feb. 9-15, 2009

Here are the new arrivals at tech shop for the week Feb. 9-15. For enterprise buyers, Microsoft has introduced environmental sustainability dashboard for Microsoft Dynamics AX and HP has launched a new buying scheme HP Proactive Select. Freescale’s communications processor is claimed to be a low-power device based on 45-nm silicon-on-insulator technology. Mobiles: Access is providing NetFront Widgets for the Samsung Pixon while Acapela Group has announced its text to speech solution iSpeak translator for iPhone and Garmin-Asus nüvifone M20 is a new-generation smartphone. Samsung has introduced its new external DVD writer in seven colors.

Week: Feb. 2-8, 2009

The 7 days (Feb. 2-8) saw some hot products coming to tech shop. Here are 7 of them. A lot of action in the mobiles market, though the handset sales are moving at a sluggish pace. Believe it or not, Motorola’s MOTO W233 Renew is claimed to be the world’s first mobile phone made using plastics comprised of recycled water bottles. And the Garmin-Asus nüvifone series is a product line of location-centric mobile phones. While GoTV Networks is offering its new mobile music catalog application for the iPhone 3G, Safe Eyes Mobile Internet browser will help parents protect their children from exposure to objectionable content on iPhone. NewBay has announced version 4 of LifeCache Photo & Video Album for mobiles and eSignal’s QuoTrek 2.0 will equip BlackBerry and other Java-enabled mobile devices to access financial information. Then comes Google Latitude that will allow you to share your location with others.

Week: Jan. 26-Feb. 1, 2009

Here come the editor’s picks for the 7 days: Jan. 26 – Feb. 1. Consumers who want tech-based fun can look at Apple’s iLife '09 that features upgrades to iPhoto, iMovie, and GarageBand, Panasonic’s LUMIX DMC-ZS3 and DMC-ZS1 compact digital cameras, and Tiny Pictures’ Radar for iPhone. Mobile buyers can have a range of Nokia classic devices. And Tobii devices for disabled will convert text into speech. On the tech development front, Samsung Electronics says it has developed the world’s first four gigabit (Gb) DDR3 DRAM chip, using 50 nanometer (nm) process technology. Here are the items that hit tech shop shelves in the 7 days ended Jan. 25. SANYO introduced its dual camera models. Smartphones: Truveo has released a new version of video search application for iPhone and Dilithium offered live video and video-on-demand (VoD) streaming support for BlackBerry handsets. Meanwhile, AOL has come with an enhanced version of AOL Web Mail, Autodesk, 3D technology is for Shrek the Musical, and Linden Lab, creator of the virtual world Second Life, is offering new online shopping experience. For gamers, Perfect World will begin closed beta testing for Pocketpet Journey West, its 3D game.

Week: Jan. 12-18, 2009

Here are those 7 offers that hit the tech shop shelves during Jan. 12-18. To entertain the Chinese consumers, Microsoft goes to China with its Mediaroom IPTV, Slacker is offering free Slacker Mobile radio application for iPhone family of devices, and Nokia N79 Active comes with the wireless Polar Bluetooth WearLink heart rate belt from Polar. Adobe LiveCycle ES Developer Express software is using Amazon Web Services cloud computing environment. For gamers, The Lord of the Rings: Conquest, Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall, and Brain Quest Blast Off for iPhone are available.

Week: Jan. 5-11, 2009

As was expected, the temperature inside the tech shop is going up with a flurry of hot products coming in the new year. However, here are 7 of them offered as editor’s pick in the 7 days ended Jan. 11. The main action was around the homes. For home buyers, Seagate’s FreeAgent Theater HD media player is a home theater solution, Epson has released its PowerLite Home Cinema 6500 UB home theater projector, and NVIDIA 3D Vision is a 3D stereo solution for homes. Then cameras: Sony offers Cyber-shot DSC-G3, which is claimed to be the world's first Wi-Fi enabled digital camera with built-in Web browser and Nikon’s COOLPIX S60 comes with 3.5-inch touch-screen LCD. On PC shelf, you’ll find the new HP dx9000 TouchSmart Business PC and Apple’s MacBook Pro that comes with long battery life.

Week: Dec. 29, ’08-Jan. 4, ’09

Our tech shop continues to be in a lukewarm state, though it expects to get some hot stuff in the coming weeks. Here are the 7 offers of the week (Dec. 29, ’08 – Jan. 4, ’09). For home buyers, HP introduced MediaSmart Server and  LG Network Blu-ray Disc Players will provide streaming entertainment from CinemaNow, YouTube, and Netflix. Blinkx, a video search engine, has introduced Un-roll Unit for online video market. Mobile users: Trainerpack application for iPhone is for figure-conscious women and F-Secure offers to protect your smartphone from “SMS Curse of Silence.” Then Surf Canyon has released version 2.0 of its search enhancement application. For enterprise users, Cfengine brings a self-healing solution for data centers.
